— Even while you are getting a visa, you can clear the purchased car, but you cannot apply for yourself. But you can apply for it to a friend with a residence permit, to a Serbian acquaintance, or to a company.
When registering for another person, we recommend that you immediately make a notarized power of attorney indicating the subsequent possibility of reissuing the car for yourself without the participation of the person you are currently registering it for. Such a power of attorney is issued even to people without a residence permit.
And then in six months, when you mature to a residence permit and receive it, there will be no problems to reissue the car for yourself.
