— How does the car selection process work?
We select cars only in Europe, including at European auctions. We do not pick up cars in Serbia.
There are two selection options.
, FOR INDEPENDENT USERS
You study cars yourself on websites and European auctions (for example, https://www.openlane.eu/ru/home , it's in Russian) and send us links to specific cars.
We check all the cars. If this is an auction, we request the documents and roughly calculate their value on a turnkey basis. If these are websites, our partners will be able to call all the owners and find out important details from them (for example, whether they can accept payment from abroad). Our expert can negotiate with all the owners, arrive with the necessary equipment, check all the documents and provide all the reports. This is a paid service.
Next, you make a choice of car, and we handle the contract, delivery, customs clearance, and registration of the car.
, TURNKEY
You provide us with all the necessary background information: budget, brand, and package. For example: "I'm interested in some kind of live car on the machine, no older than 10 years, no more than 150k mileage. Preferably a sedan. I will consider others as well. I expect to meet the target of 5,000 - 8000 euros."
Budget is the main criterion. Let's take a query: it's realistic to meet 8,000, but it's unlikely to meet 5,000. You can find a normal car at an auction for 5,000, but the cost of auction duties, shipping, customs clearance and all formalities is from 30 to 50% of the cost of the car. For example, in this case, 1,000 euros will be the cost of transportation, and about 2,000 - 3,000 more customs clearance, verification, registration and other formalities.
If the budget is agreed, we start working. We look for cars suitable for your request at auctions, bargain for them up to the specified limits, and if we win the auction, we deliver cars to Serbia.
If the budget is not suitable, then together with you we will reasonably review the criteria for selecting a car.
