I want to leave a review on working with @ClearTrustAuto and manager Denis.
Probably, as many people do, they came with a request for a car with the same price, but in the end the appetite grew and bought a car + 10k € to the initial request.
I am glad that Denis tolerated the variability of desires in choosing a car. And after a couple of unsuccessful auction attempts, we were able to win a great option.
My wife and I are very happy with the car that was brought to us.
I would like to mention Denis's help in choosing a car, and especially the company itself, since the car was brought directly to the house, on the plates, and on the third day they already brought the local PTC in the form of a card.
However, at the initial stages, I would like more information about how the auction works, the bidding process, the procedure for changing statuses after depositing money, the involvement of a Serbian customs broker, and so on. Since this was the first experience of buying through a company and an auction, of course there was a restless expectation, due to a lack of understanding of some subtleties.
